Affiliate disclosure

What an affiliate link is

Some links on this site may take you to a shop or service where, if you buy, we earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra.

How we label them

Any guide that contains affiliate links starts with a clear Ad notice, at the very top, before the guide begins. The links themselves are marked as sponsored in the page code.

What it does not change

We choose what to cover and what to recommend because it helps parents. Commission never decides that. Most guides need no product at all, because the controls are built into your device or provider.

Right now

At the time of writing, no guide on this site contains affiliate links. If that changes, this page will say so.
